Questions
What counts as a demo?
One video that you generate. A new version of a demo, which is available on paid plans, also uses one demo from your allowance. You can make as many new versions as you have demos left.
What happens to unused demos?
They do not roll over. Your allowance resets each billing month, including on yearly plans.
What does video quality mean on each plan?
It is about how well the video is made, not its resolution or length. Free demos have a good script, smooth cursor moves and zooms on the right parts of your screenshots. Paid plans get our best: the top script writing, with the sharpest cursor moves and zooms.
How long do you keep my videos?
Free demos are deleted from our servers 48 hours after they are made. We email you before that happens. If your workspace is on a paid plan, your videos are kept until you delete them.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. You can create one demo for free, no card needed.
If I delete a project, do I get the demo back?
No. The allowance counts demos you generate, not demos you keep.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time from the billing page. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
